For a low yearly enrollment fee of $39.00 for an individual, $69.00 for a couple or $99.00 for a family of 3 or more you will receive 15% off dental services. That's it, once you are enrolled; any service we provide is 15% off. No more worry if your insurance will cover the work or if you have reached your yearly maximum.
